In this second month of the year, cold temperatures and cloudy days persist sometimes broken by a bright blue sky (at least in the Northeast).
February is the month of holding steady. Our new aspirations set in January have started to become habit. The restlessness of March has yet to set in.
February is a season when we nest and remain relatively content. It is, of course, also the month of love, passion, and pleasure with Valentine’s Day falling in the middle.
February is an excellent time to work on letting go of past arguments and people who no longer align with your core values. Once you have made peace with yourself, you will then be ready to move on to new relationships and opportunities in March and April. Finally, February is the best month for forgiveness. If there was ever a time to really release, this is it. Let it go.
